Kylie Jenner 2,0, star shows interview who’s boss
Kylie uses social media to her advantage to promote upcoming launches and create buzz around her brands. In the interview, the director asks Kylie if she could post something on the spot to her social media for an experiment to see how many “likes” it would get, the 23-year-old makeup mogul jumped at the challenge and proclaimed she would “tease” fans by using Kylie Baby products in her latest post to get them talking about her upcoming release, which she hadn’t even announced. The director stunned by Kylie’s relaxed manner at announcing another venture, without even consulting her team, even clarified with the mom of one, “do people know that Kylie Baby is coming,” to which Kylie said, “No,” and proceeded to write her caption “Bath time with Kylie Baby” to her Instagram page which subtly announced the new venture to the rest of the world.
“The Instagram’s not even ready it’s verified but I haven’t confirmed anything [concerning] Kylie Baby,” Kylie Jenner added.
The next day, true to her promise, Kylie Jenner returned with an update on how many likes the post had received, “let me see,” she said and kept a straight face as she declared “11.8 [million likes]”. Which the director proclaimed as “insane”.
Today, (July 18) the post featuring Kylie Jenner’s adorable tot, Stormi Webster has accumulated over 12 million likes, and with the latest YouTube drop referencing it, it’s sure going to gain a few more by the end of the week.
